All Levels DONATION Flow 85 minutes of movement with a nice, long savasana at the end. Come ready to move, flow and sweat. Featuring a fun contemporary music mix. Use your Maha series or make a donation.
All Levels A mixed-level class taught in a flow style with suggested options so all students can individualize their practice needs as they transition in and out of poses.
Mindful Flow All Levels Heal yourselves with a nourishing yoga practice. Conscious movement, soothing music, a liberating experience that links breath to movement and connects you to freedom and joy.
Level 1 & 2 A flowing pace to the class, while still providing instruction and attention to detail. Recommended for beginners wishing to challenge themselves a little more.
Level 2 & 3 More vigorous and challenging classes taught in a flow-style, inter-linking poses through a series of movements. Emphasis placed on the general rhythm of the class with styles that vary from teacher to teacher.
Level 2 & 3 + A vigorous and challenging class with emphasis on power and athleticism. An opportunity to have a personal training/strength workout in the yoga studio. Class ends with opening floor poses and a relaxing savasana.
Mysore Ashtanga Continuous sequence of set poses linked to one another in synchronization with the breath. Each student practices the Ashtanga sequence individually, with hands-on adjustments of the teacher. Poses are added gradually. All levels & beginners welcome.
